In order to log in to MyRoute-app, you must of course first have created an account. Haven't done this yet? Register quickly and read here how to log in.

If you go to, you will see the 'Log in' button at the top right. Click here to go to the login screen.

The login screen

  1. Email: Enter your chosen email address here.
  2. Password: Enter your chosen password here.
  3. Keep me logged in: Check this option to stay logged in.
  4. Log in: Click here to log in after entering your email and password. You can also click Enter to log in.
  5. Single Sign On: Click on the correct icon if you chose the SSO option during registration.
  6. Forgot your password: Click here if you have forgotten your password.

Single Sign On

At MyRoute-app we also offer the opportunity to log in with an account on one of the platforms shown. You can activate this directly during registration or later in 'My account'.

ATTENTION!  If you choose this option, do not forget to click on the correct icon on the login screen to log in. Entering your email address with a password does not work with SSO.

If you prefer not to use the SSO option after all, you can stop this at any time. If you go to 'My account', you can create a new password to disconnect your account from the chosen platform. Don't forget to save this change. 

ATTENTION! Your email remains the same, so check in 'My account' which email address is listed here.

Error messages

If you see the message Login details are incorrect, something probably went wrong while entering your details. Therefore, please delete your entered email and password and enter them again. ATTENTION! If you have multiple accounts, check that you enter the correct password for the email address you entered.

If you have chosen the SSO option, but still enter your email and password yourself, you will also get an error. So first, check whether you have not chosen the SSO option.

ATTENTION! If you have chosen the SSO option and still click on reset your password, you will receive an error when entering your email address (There is no known user with this email address).

Forgot your password

If you continue to receive the message that your login details are incorrect, click on 'Forgot your password?'. You can then enter your email address to receive an email to reset your password. Always check your Spam folder to ensure that the email does not accidentally end up there.
